A step-by-step guide to help you set up and start using Boardly.

Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up your Boardly account and onboarding your team:

Step 1. Set-up Your Organisation
1. Visit https://app.boardly.co
2. Follow the prompts to create your Boardly account.
3. This will create your Organisation, your user profile, and your initial Board workspace.

If you have a dedicated account officer (based on your subscription plan), they will typically complete this setup for you.

Step 4: Create a Workspace
1. Go to the Workspaces tab in the main navigation. Click the + Workspace button in the top right corner.
2. In the pop-up window, Select the appropriate workspace type if applicable, then enter the workspace name (e.g., Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee).
3. Click Save. Your new workspace will now appear in the list and is ready for team setup and meeting configuration.

Step 5: Administrator Gives Access to the Workspace
1. Go to the Workspaces tab. Select the relevant governance team (e.g., Board of Directors, Audit Committee), or create one if none in the list.
2. Click on the Team Access tab.
3. Click the + button in the top right corner.
4. In the pop-up window, select the appropriate Member Type.
5. Select the team member you wish to add from the list. A company profile must be created first before a user can be added to a workspace.
6. Click Save.

You're all set! Your team members are now ready to collaborate on Boardly.
